In addition, Brasil Food Trend points out that the “Healthy food market grows 12.3% per year.”

Regardless of whether they practice physical exercises or not, Brazilians love natural supplements. So much so that a research sponsored by Abenutri in partnership with the Brazilian Association of the Food Industry for Special Purposes and the like (Abiad) and the Brazilian Association of Companies in the Phytotherapic Sector, Food Supplement and Health Promotion (Abifisa) found that 54% of Brazilians consume some type of food supplement.

And with the arrival of the pandemic, this number increased, since the consumption of vitamins, minerals, natural supplements in general that has the purpose of maintaining immunity were consumed on a large scale.
