Continuous Improvement Program – Renew
The Continuous Improvement Program – Renovar – has as its main objective the improvement of knowledge of business processes and activities through the application of specific management methods and tools, assisting in the identification of opportunities for advancement and the development of solutions to achieve better results.
The implementation of the Renovar Continuous Improvement Program arose from the need to change the organizational process to improve our business management.
To conceptualize our Continuous Improvement – Renewal program, we defined:
• The Sunflower as our source of energy and strength, representing the structural part of Hilê;
• The Bee Flora, characterizing Fertility, Loyalty, Organization, Achievement and Attitude, and corresponding to the Operational part of Hilê;
• The Blue Butterfly Eva, reflecting Encounter, Hope, Visit, Truth, Warning, Action, and equivalent to the Strategic part of Hilê.
Within the Continuous Improvement Program – Renew, the following steps are developed:
R – Revitalize;
E – Evolve;
N – Normalize;
O – Organize;
V – Value;
A – Act;
R – Respect.
